Cornbread Stuffing With Sausage

Great flavor. I'd never had this type of stuffing so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was a big hit with my entire family. I used store bought corn muffin tops to make the stuffing with to save time and it worked just fine.

Chicken Wild Rice Soup I

Overall I really enjoyed this recipe. I made it with my leftover Thanksgiving turkey. The curry gives it a nice flavor. The only thing I would change is to maybe leave out the almonds next time. I think they're a little too crunchy - but perhaps I didn't cook my soup long enough.

Italian Roast Beef I

I made this for dinner yesterday. Great flavor! I cooked it with some onions, full cloves of garlic and a few carrots and added a tiny bit of horseradish for seasoning. The meat was so tender and fantastic. We made beef and noodles from the leftovers today and taste is just as good!

Almond Lemon Chicken

I thought I had lemon juice when I started this recipe, but it turned out I didn't, so I used orange juice instead. I put in a little lemon extract, some lemon zest and some white wine and it was fantastic. I think it's the first time I've made my husband drool.

Peanut Butter Candy Blossoms

The dough was really dry for this recipe and I feared that they wouldn't cook up right. They did however turn out wonderfully. I chopped the smallest Snickers in 1/2 and that seemed to work out well for me. Wonderful cookie, I'll definitely make it again.

Dilly Bread

I made this last night and served it when my parents came over for dinner. It got rave reviews from everyone! I didn't have dill seed, so I used dill weed and I'd run out of minced onion so I just used some onion powder. It turned out really well. I've been munching on the leftovers today. I will definitely make this one again!

Dog Treats I

My dog loves these! They're so easy to make. The worst part is waiting such a long time for them to bake. I've made up little gift bags and will be giving these to our dog friends as Christmas gifts! I'll definitely make these again.

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

This was a great starting place for this soup. I added black beans and a lot more garlic. Next time I might kick up the cumin a bit and add a jalepeno. Very tasty and my guests enjoyed it!

Apple Enchilada Dessert

This was such a quick and easy dessert to make. We served it warm with vanilla ice cream and spooned some of the sauce over top. Sooo good! I will definitely share this one with friends again!
