Clone of a Cinnabon

Currently my favorite cinnamon bun recipe. It's easy to make. (I don't use the breadmachine version, but make my own dough.) I love the filling. With this amount of brown sugar, it's a mix of crunchy and "juicy" when you bite into the bun. The icing is very good and easy to make. I just love it. Family and friends love it. A couple of things: 1. I have to bake for just about 38 minutes at 350 degrees. I have to continue to adjust temp. I also weigh my flour for consistency of outcome. 3 cups equals about 1 lbs.

Cinnamon Rolls III

This is a decent recipe. (I don't like adding "pudding" to any recipe. To me, it obscures true flavors and textures. It's a fake additive....) In the case of this recipe, my wife thought the final product was a bit denser than my current favorite cinnamon bun recipe, the "Clone of a Cinnabon." Check that one out as an alternative. I don't do the breadmaker version, but do the dough myself. Really nice.
