Carrot Cake

This recipe is the best! It had excellent flavor, texture and raised nicely. Followed the instructions carefully except I used the "powdered buttermilk" you add water to for buttermilk; pecans instead of walnuts; and didn't use all 4 cups of confectioners sugar in frosting. If requests for this recipe are any indication the guests really liked it too! Thanks for sharing.

New York Italian Pizza Dough

Fantastic pizza dough recipe, nice elasticity to dough and bakes up crispy yet chewy; one of my complaints regarding other recipes is that the crust baked too crisp like a dry old cracker. I baked one crust about 1 hr after refrigerating and the other two crusts a couple of days later. No more takeout pizza for us! Thank you for sharing.
