Pizza Casserole

Rediculously good!!! I changed everything to turkey (cause I dont eat beef or pork) and used an entired pack of ground turkey (1 1/4 lbs).. I was worried I would need more sauce, but nope! It was fantastic!! I also used regular spiral noodles, just cause I had them. My husband wouldn't shut up about how good this was!!!!!!!!

Absolutely Delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!! I made it exactly as shown, except I dont eat beef. I felt like this was enough to feed 2 adults, if that's all they were eating. I also followed another reviews recommendation and cooked the veggies on their own skewer. It smelled so great cooking on the grill! Thank you!!

Easy Mexican Casserole

Great recipe!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only big adjustment I made was using plain greek yogurt (Oikos, 1 1/2 cups) instead of the sour cream -- also cuts the calories by 200, and the fat grams by around 40g!! I also used 1 cup of shredded cheddar, which I felt like was plenty, and canned diced tomatoes (since I didn't have fresh!) My husband loved loved loved this dish!

Simple Turkey Chili

Great recipe for a basic chili! I only eat turkey & chicken, so I need a good, easy chili recipe -- this is it! I do add a tablespoon of Tastefully Simple's Seasoned Salt, and also a tablespoon of Tastefully Simple's Wahoo Chilli :) It kicks it up a notch!!! Thanks for this great recipe!!

Corn Dog Casserole

Delicious!! My husband & I loved this (we are corn dog fans) The changes I made were 1) I took another reviewers recommendation & used a can of cream corn and cut the milk in half 2) did not add cheese and 3) used 1 lb. of turkey hot dogs, because I don't eat pork/beef. The calorie calculator at 8 servings is about 450 cal/serving using these changes, so that decreases the calories significantly. Also, the can of cream corn adds 300 calories to the whole dish, so if you use the original 1 1/2 cups of skim milk, it'll decrease the recipe by 240 calories. I will try it without the cream corn next time to see if it's worth the calories :) Thanks so much for this great recipe!!
