Big Soft Ginger Cookies

I followed recipie the same, next time I will try the orange juice as per other suggestions. I used a small scoop for size and only dipped half the cookie in sugar. I found this worked out great! They did flatten out quite well, and at this size they could probably bake 6-8 minutes, they were crunchy on the bottom and slightly chewy. Great recipe!!!

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

If you like vinegar, you will love this. The whole family enjoyed this one, we had it with pasta, and it was wonderful. I cut the chicken into smaller pieces, and used 3 bay leaves (one of my favorite seasonings) and it turned out beautiful. Thanks for this dish!
