Banana Banana Bread
This is my 'go to' Banana Bread recipe, I've been making this for years and it turns out perfect everytime. My family and friends look forward to seeing over riped banana's on my counter because that means a yummy treat will be on its way soon!

Chef John's Banana Bread
I made this recipe tonight (always on the hunt for the perfect Banana Bread). Delicious! Just wonderful Chef John strikes again. I had to cook it a bit longer but I think my loaf pan was a bit smaller than suggested. I will use a bigger one next time and there will be a next time. Its a perfect recipe I love the chocolate and nuts, the chocolate is not overstated.

Breakfast Pies
These are great. I did use Grands biscuit rolls because I could not find the smaller ones at our grocery store. Next time I will divide the dough in half per cup because the did get rather large and the egg mixture did spill out. However, these were delicious. Very similar to a breakfast casserole I make. I like the "grab & go" concept for those busy mornings. These are a keeper. I even enjoyed one this morning cold and they were still good!! Great for a brunch option too!
