Kid-Friendly Wheat Bread
Excellent recipe! I made a double batch today. Found I didn't use as much flour as was called for, and used more of the wheat than all purpose. And I don't have a mixer, so everything was done by hand. I no longer buy bread...I make all my own, and this is a wonderful addition!

Oven Roasted Potatoes
Made this tonight to go with Chicken Picatta. The only complaint I got is that I didn't make enough! I didn't have red pepper flakes or parsley, so I added rosemary. Definetly making this again!

Beef Stew VI
This was my first time making beef stew, and thanks to this recipe, definetly not my last! The changes I made were to dredge my beef in plain flour, used powdered boullion, added mushrooms, used Italian seasoning because we were out of parsley, and omitted celery. Oh yes, and I omitted the cornstarch as it was thick enough without it. Served with buttermilk biscuits and it was a hit with the whole family!
