My first time making cinnamon rolls and I was very impressed with the results. The only mistake I made was that I used active dry yeast and I just threw it in with the flour instead of letting it rise in warm water. After doing a "google" search to fix this mistake, I just let it rise an extra half hour and it was fine. I looked at the other reviews for helpful hints and I baked it in a 9 x 13 glass dish and brush it with melted margarine. I also used my stand mixer for kneading the dough which was a great help.
