For a first time ever cook using a pan for chicken instead of grilling this turned out great.
Even after forgetting the important step of drying the chicken, (which would make the egg and cheese stick better) this came out tasting great.
I definitely recommend cooking with a rice dish and if there is any remaining egg, scramble it after removing the chicken from the pan and mix with the rice to make it a great compliment to the meat.
