My favorite things to cook
I enjoy mainly Grilling, and BBQ. I BBQ, and Smoke with 2 18.5 WSM, and a 22.5 Kettle grill. Primarily use Charcoal, and Apple wood. I will on occasion (very rare) fire up the gas grill when I'm in a pinch.
