Baked Teriyaki Chicken

After reading all the reviews, I made the chicken last nigh. My husband just muttered "AWWWW" with each bite. I followed previous reviews and cut the sugar with brown sugar and doubled the sauce recipe (definatly important so you have extra for the table). That sauce is amazing. As he was eating, he was planning how to use it next....pork chops and ribs are next. And I used breasts which came out soooo moist. I basted them every 10 minutes. Thank you for a great recipe! It will definately become a favorite in our house.

I made these for Christmas and everyone LOVED them. My husband is from Puerto Rico and he said it took him back to his childhood. The week after Christmas and he is begging for more! Did add lemon extrat with the zest as recommended and they were amazing!
