Today is the first time I made a vegan cake. This recipe came out absolutely delicious. Very moist and great texture.
I followed the advice of another poster who suggested using balsamic vinegar. I only had raspberry balsamic around so I used a tablespoon of that. While the cake was baking, my home had a slight, but wonderful smell of raspberry mixed with the chocolate. Wonderful advice to use balsamic. I also added chocolate chips and just under 1/2 cup of honey because I don't like my cakes very sweet. Thanks for the great recipe.
