Fried Chicken with Creamy Gravy

I use just about same ingredients, except the poultry seasoning. I will add that to my recipe. Two things I do different, which I read on line, is after chicken has been coated, set in fridge for a while before frying. this will make coating gooey, but oh so good. The second thing is double the gravy. I am from the South--can.t make to much gravy. even good reheated. Thanks for your recipe! Love this site!

Sausage Pasta

Yes I have made a version of this for years, but I was adding to much tomato. The chicken broth is the answer. I did reduce hot sauage by 1/2 and added 1/2 ground beef( husband likes less spice). Also added sauted celery, green pepper with the onion. I forgot spinach---so made salad to go with it. Next time will pay attention. I have always called this "Goulash" my daughter makes her version & calls it "Mystery". Thank you for good basic recipe.

Country House Bed and Breakfast Casserole

When I read this it sounded like one I make, only small. I had 5 egg yolks left from making white birthday cake. I used them and 3 whole eggs. Had 2 dinner rolls left so melted just 2 Tablespoon butter in 8 x 10 baking dish & crumbled rolls on top of butter, then followed recipe--except did not wait to bake. Very good! I think if you use croutons it would need to sit overnight in fridge. Thank you!

Chicago-Style Pan Pizza

I discovered this easy way to make our pizza last year. My family likes it rolled to fit large stone that has been, Sprinkled with dry cornmeal. I brush the olive oil on edges of dough & also pre-bake. Not the 15 minutes more like 10, since dough is thinner. Try tomato sauce instead of diced & fresh garlic, for a change. Suggested toppings onion, green pepper, diced ham & pineapple. I usually make half just like recipe & half w/the ham mixture. Thanks for putting on line.

World's Best Lasagna

The BEST Lasagna--My 20 year old Grandson said I've eaten lots of Lasagna, but this was great! Then he said "Grandma did you do something different". I made it for a Birthday Celebration--I always send the leftovers home with that person--I really wanted to keep some--so now I have to make it again-soon! ( I made it exactly as written.) YUM!
