Clone of a Cinnabon

These rolls are Uh-Mazing!!!!!!!! The only thing I did a little different is, after tasting the icing & wasn't 100% satisfied, I added a teaspoon lemon which taste exactly like cinnabons! The dough itself was perfect, the sugar cinnamon mix is perfect and the icing was almost there!!!!! Great recipe! My family asked me to make these as often as I could.

Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce

After making this recipe, my husband & I did not like the flavor. The chili was too bold and lacked flavor. I went to an authentic recipe and they used 3 tablespoons chili powder & 1 tsp cocoa powder ( I know it sounds weird, but this made it taste authentic) and 1/2 tsp garlic salt. Also, an extra cup water. This recipe just didn't do it for me. Good luck!
