Kay's Shortbread

These are very very good. I really mixed my butter & sugar well as another reviewer suggested and had no trouble with dryness. I did add the extra 1/4 cup of pwred sugar...but I'm not sure it really needed it. I think it may take away from the buttery taste. I divided the recipe into two cake pans and my cookies were a little more crisp, how I like them. Remember mixing well may be the secret. Also start with your butter at room temp. Thanks

Banana Banana Bread

Easy Quiche

Great. So easy, just what I was looking for on a lazy evening. I did add 1/2 tsp of dry mustard, 1/2 tsp of onion powder and 1/2 tsp of garlic powder. Easy enough to do. Thanks for posting this recipe.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Great recipe. I brought this to a party where I heard many fancy appetizers were being served. I was a bit nervous...but people loved it!! I added mango and skipped the brown sugar. I cooked my chips as 400 for 8 minutes, it just really depends on your oven. Thank you

Creamy Rice Pudding

Great recipe. I make rice ahead so I can quickly make this for my daughter. I do leave the butter out just personal taste. It is wonderful hot and even better cold. Thanks for sharing

Curry Pumpkin Soup

I love curry so I thought the recipe was very good. I did use cream instead of half/half and thought it was too rich. Definately needed the salt/pepper too. Next time I will add some root vegetable and maybe shrimp and follow the recipe closer. Thanks

This recipe was easy and delicious. I did take others advice and go to 275 instead of 300 and added 1.5 cups of peanuts and 1 tsp vanilla. It turned out very good. Thank you

Orange Cranberry Drops

Yummy, I really enjoyed these cookies. I rolled my cookies into balls and then sugar. They baked up beautifully. I always use a chilled baking sheet - easy to do in the winter and the bottoms don't get too brown.

Easy Roasted Pork

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

First time fudge maker.Very easy.I made a double batch and I stirred it continually even before it came to a boil and quite a bit after adding chocolate to incorporate air.For this amount of fudge I needed to put it in a professional bakers half size baking pan (I bought it at Walmart).

Make Ahead French Toast
