Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle
I made this for my daughter's wedding. I made so many batches I feel like an expert. Here is what I found. Follow the recipe. I tried pecans which are too moist a nut and the recipe turned out mushy. I tried cashews with a 50/50 result. Some cashews were dry enough others were too moist. Peanuts always worked. I definately purchased a handled mixing bowl at a super store...This is a must! Take the minute to check your microwave power adjusting the cooking time might be necessary. Good luck and be safe.

Salted Peanut Cookies
I think I have made this recipe 20 times. It is easy and very tasty. When I buy mixed nuts over the holidays the leftover peanuts go into these cookies. Yummy. Thanks

Curry Pumpkin Soup
I love curry so I thought the recipe was very good. I did use cream instead of half/half and thought it was too rich. Definately needed the salt/pepper too. Next time I will add some root vegetable and maybe shrimp and follow the recipe closer. Thanks
