Burrito Pie

Love this! I've made it 3 times in the last month for various functions. Great with ground turkey also. I only use 8 tortillas and put it in a 9 x 13 pan.

Aussie Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2004
The chicken was very tender but I did not care for the sauce at all. Overall the comination of flavors just didn't work well together. Reminded me of something from a fast food/diner restaurant.

Pineapple Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2004
This is similar to a family recipe of mine that I think has more flavor. Try 2 8oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper, 8 1/2 oz crushed pineapple, 2 T. finely chopped green onion, 1 tsp seasoned salt, and chopped pecans. (Drain pineapple & bell pepper really well). Makes 2 balls. Roll in rest of pecans.

Crab Canapes

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2004
This was rich but delicious. Had a hard time with the biscuit dough also made the whole thing a little heavy for my taste. I think next time I might just bake the spread and serve with crackers or baguette slices. The spread was good the next day for lunch broiled on an English muffin.

AWESOME! Made this for labor day picnic and it was a hit. Used a combination of fresh and frozen fruit and ammeretto liquer. Easiest dessert I've ever made! Everyone had 2 helpings. Thanks!

Zucchini Cobbler

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2004
My family thought this was awful. The kids wouldn't touch it, my husband and I ate one piece each. Not sure how I missed the boat on this one.

Pumpkin Bread IV

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2003
This was so moist and delicious. I was looking for a way to sneak in vegetables/fruits for my 3 year old and this did it; especially with the addition of the chocolate chips! (I made mini muffins. Cooked at 400 for about 12 minutes.)
