Banana Banana Bread
The best banana bread recipe I have come across so far. Take note that this particular recipe produces a very, very moist loaf of banana bread. I was even unsure if the center was still uncooked or not! Haha. Other than that, I'm sure with a little tweaking and perhaps a little more sweetness (I felt it was missing something), this recipe would be perfect.

Caramel Popcorn
DELICIOUS! I made this last night and gave them away as christmas gifts for my friends. I have to say that it does taste more like toffee than it does caramel, but it's still really good anyways. Just remember to re-coat the popcorn every once in a while when it's in the oven, because the caramel tends to pool to the bottom and slide of the popcorn. I coated my first batch with a lot of the mixture, the second, not so much; I think the most difficult thing is getting the right amount on there (I didn't have space in my oven to put it all on at once so I did it in 3 batches). The one with a lot of caramel came out ok, the second one a little burnt (be careful that this doesn't happen or else it will end up tasting bitter) because it didn't have enough coating on it. I also shortened the oven time to 45 minutes because my popcorn was already golden brown (mmm). I let it cool, mixed it with some white chocolate chips and toasted peanuts, wrapped it in cellophane and tied it with a ribbon. Great gift! Thank you for the recipe, it will definetely be made again!

I have NO idea what i did wrong!!!! I followed the recipe exactly, but somehow the cookies came out crumbly and had no taste. Sorry, these cookies weren't my favorite.
