Very good weekday dinner. Easy! I cooked the sauce on the stove and thickened it a bit with corn starch. I even added a teaspoon of fresh ginger...delicious! My husband, children and I each enjoyed it.

Hamburger Potato Casserole

Very good weekday dinner. My husband and children enjoyed it very much! I added onion, garlic, Lipton's Beefy Onion Soup, Worcestershire Sauce, Cream of Celery Soup and sour cream as suggested. Even better the second night!

Caramel Frosting V

Delicious! My whole family LOVED it on Clara's White German Chocolate Cake recipe. Refrigerate the cake covered with this frosting... to keep the frosting the perfect consistency. Perfect caramel topping!

Excellent consistency and texture. This is the most delicious "from scratch" cake that I have ever tasted! My husband and 2 eight year olds gave it an A+ rating!

Bread Pudding II

This is a delicious, warm, spiced comfort food. I find myself eating the pudding for breakfast, lunch and dessert. I've never even tasted bread pudding before! I used 3 eggs and added 1/2 tsp nutmeg to the base recipe. I sprinkled 1/4 cup of dark brown sugar and 1/4 cup chopped pecans on top. Served with a little heavy cream it is Perfect!
