Roasted Mushroom and Sunchoke Bisque
Couldn't find Jerusalem artichokes so I used parsnips instead and added shitake mushrooms as well=awesome. I also de-veganized it and it worked fine.

Jamaican Burgers
awesome! This is the first recipe off of All recipes that my husband truly liked and got excited about eating again. We love all the different flavors in this burger. Definitely recommend. We used 1 teaspoon of the garlic in a jar and that was good for us.

African Peanut Soup
I liked it, my husband thought it was too heavy. I would definitely make less next time because half a bowl is enough to fill anyone up.
