Slower Cooker Meatloaf
BEST EVER Meatloaf!! I lost my taste for meatloaf years ago but this has brought it back. I doubled the recipe and cooked the loaf for 6 hours. Then I removed it to a greased pan and poured the sauce (doubled that too) over it and baked it for an additional 30 minutes in a preheated 375 degree oven. Let it sit for 10 minutes before slicing. This recipe will become a regular for me.

Spicy Chicken Breasts
I made 1 spice change and it turned out to be the best chicken I've ever made! I substituted chili powder (equal amount) for the cayenne and black pepper. And because I didn't feel like grilling I put just a bit of vegetable oil in a skillet and cooked the breasts for 6 - 7 minutes each side over medium high heat. This will become a monthly recipe for me. So very happy I came across it.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler
This is a great recipe! You can use canned cherries and here is what I did: 1 can 14.5 pitted red tart cherries in water (drained). I also added several drops of vanilla extract to the batter. It turned out to be more of a cherry cake. (To me a cobbler should be more syrupy.) I served it with whipped cream but I bet it would be heavenly with vanilla ice cream.
