Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

This is a great crust. Instead of using oil in the pans I sprayed them with cooking spray, and then dusted with corn meal flour. I also did what other folks have said and pre-baked the crusts for 10 minutes prior to topping. By doubling the batch it yielded two large cookie sheet size rectangle pizzas that tasted just like they were from a Pizza Joint.

Homemade Twinkies®

I make this cake ofte. I make a homemade yellow cake mix instead of using a box cake. I recently made cupcakes for my daughter to take to school out of this reipe (used regular butter cream frosting for decorating) and the teacher emailed me to ask if she could have the recipe. If you make cupcakes you will get about 30. This recipe is excellent!!!

Angie's Perfect Dinner Rolls

These are fabulous! Soft. I also used egg yolk to create a golden brown crust on the roll tops. I baked these for 20 min at 350 in the center of the oven, because I have dark bake-ware with non stick coating. The higher temps tend to cause the bake-ware to become too hot and scorch the underside of bread products .

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts

These turned out really well. Using a doughnut cutter I was able to get over 40 doughnuts. For half the batch I dipped each side of the doughnuts in cinnamon/sugar. I used 3/4C sugar and 2T of cinnamon. By the end of the day we had less than a dozen left.

Turkey Delight

I used the leftover stuffing from the recipe "Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing" and made the remaining turkey stock from the recipe "Awesome Turkey Giblet Stock" into gravy (both recipes from this website). This turned out well, the entire family loved it.
