An excellent recipe. I've made this a few times over the last year or two and it is delicious! No changes to the ingredients for me...this is a winner!

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

This is a great recipe. I did make a minor modification by following the advice of some other people and replaced half the vegetable oil with 1/4 c of applesauce. Thanks, Lois!

Restaurant-Style Zuppa Toscana

Good, but not great. I only made it one time and pureed the soup because I looking for a certain texture. Not sure I'll make it again, though.

Megan's Granola

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2007
What a delicious and flexible recipe! I added flax seed and reduced the amount of nuts, but the possibilities are nearly endless. I've made this many times with different combinations of dried fruits (papaya, raisins, mango) and nuts (cashews, almonds, pecans). A true winner!

Cranberry Upside-Down Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2007
A really yummy cake and it looks beautiful, too. I didn't have enough sour cream on hand so I wound up using a combination of sour cream and raspberry yogurt. I too baked at 325 F and it was done after 60 minutes.

Vegetable Medley I

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2003
Very good! I drained the tomatoes and only used about 1/4 of the can. I skipped the baking part, too. My wife and I enjoyed it. I made it a second time and used the veggies as a filling, added slices of swiss cheese, and made a grilled sandwich out of it. Absolutely yummy! Thanks, AnneBelle!
