Sausage Brunch Casserole

Quick & easy. Just a couple of tweaks based on previous reviews. . I pre baked the crust for 5 minutes and added cayenne pepper and italian seasonings to the salt & pepper. I also used a combination of cheddar & mozzarella cheeses and served it with salsa. It was a big hit.

Mini Meatloaves

I have tried many meatloaf recipes over the years, but this is by far the best one yet. The only thing I add is a 1/4 cup chopped onion, because onion is a must in meatloaf. scrumtious!!

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

This was great! I suggest a candy thermometer versus the cold water test as I was likely a little shy of the 300 degree temperature for perfect brittleness, but it was delicious. I made it without nuts due to an allergy, and added a teaspoon of vanilla as others suggested. This is a keeper!
