Awesome!!!! I doubled the recipe except for the topping. It Made 9 Big Muffins in large muffin pan. I added 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1/4 cup more milk, a couple dashes of ground cinnamon in dry ingredients and 2.5 cups of frozen wild blueberries (thawed and drained in colander)from Trader Joes for a true berry explosion. Note: If you go this don't put all BBs in at once. Add BBs to muffin mixture in 3/4 cup batches and gently fold BBs into batter a few times in-between. I also reduced heat to 375 degrees half way through baking to keep tops and bottoms from getting too brown and I baked 27 mins in gas oven.
