This is perfection in caramel corn, and pretty easy to make. I added nuts to one batch, and none to another and it is great either way. This recipe's best friend is the fairly new "non-stick" aluminum foil. Line your pan in the non-stick foil and there is no mess to clean up and it doesn't stick to the foil as it cools! That foil is amazing, especially for this sticky recipe.
