Jalapeno Popper Spread
I have made this dozens of times, literally. I somtimes add more jalapenos (up to 4 oz) and use the baked version when I am taking it somewhere and the microwave when it's just for home. I have NEVER taken it somewhere and not been asked for the recipe! In fact, now that I have given out the recipe I have to make sure no one else is making it before I take it to get togethers!! My fave thing to serve it with is toasted baguette but it's good on just about ANYTHING!

Potato Casserole II
I made this recipe withouth the crushed chips on top... only because I didn't have chips on hand. Even without the chips, I rate this 5 stars! I will try it next time with the chips as I see how they could only make the great recipe better. Thanks for sharing!

Peanut Butter Eggs II
The only change I made to this recipe was that I used microwave-ready dipping chocolate instead of chips and shortening just to save a little bit of time. These were a huge hit. The only thing.... they were SUPER rich! (not a bad thing, though!) the next time I make them, I will make smaller eggs as the richness makes it impossible for me to eat an entire egg. :-)
