Chicken Noodle Casserole I
I'm vegetarian and I made this with Gardein vegetarian chicken style strips. Instead of a can of cream of chicken I used a can of cream of asparagus. I added thyme and onion powder, half a bag of frozen peas and carrots, and I topped it with bread crumbs. It turned out delicious!
