This recipe is what you would call perfection! A paralegal at work gave me Snickerdoodles as a Xmas present & they blew me away having never had them before. I searched allrecipes for the highest rated recipe. Initially I used a few suggestions & made changes before even trying this recipe as is. None hit the mark that I was looking for. I then decided to follow the recipe exactly as-is, no modifications & PERFECTION! Crisp on the outside & deliciously soft on the inside! Everyone that has tried them is blown away. They last a day max. Everyone wants more! See my photos they really are perfect. The most helpful suggestion I read, use Parchment paper to baked on. That way it’s easier to pull them off the baking sheet immediately to cool. I also use two baking sheets, prepping one sheet with the scooped balls while the other is baking, alternating until entire dough mixture is gone. Fast, orderly & ridiculously delicious!
