very simple and yet very delicious. i made a few tweaking... i used 2 cups of all-purpose cream, 1/2 cup of butter and instead of using just parm cheese, i used 3/4 cup parm plus 2 tbsp cream cheese. i used 1 clove of garlic as instructed and it was enough to keep my sauce garlicky. then mix mix mix with a whisk on my pan. when all are incorporated into a thick, creamy sauce i added the japanese parsley. yum yum yum!!! my friends loved it and asked for the recipe. thank you for sharing this! :-)
