Carrot Burgers

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2012
love it! love it! it tastes really good! i made a few changes as i don't have other ingredients available and i can't wait to make them. so, instead of mayonnaise i used cream cheese, i put in lots of minced garlic too. then i used 1 cup bread crumbs and 1 cup all-purpose flour as i used up the bread crumbs i have at home and looked for an alternative. for cereal flakes i used instant oatmeal. instead of baking, i fried it like the old school burgers. just used very little oil... made sure each side is cooked very well and of course the oatmeal is crunchy enough.i spread cream cheese on it and put in on a burger bun. ate it while it was still hot and yum yum yum!!! thank you so much!

Best Ever Banana Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2012
love it! love it! love it! i followed the instructions as written. i didn't have buttermilk so i got 1/3 cup milk and poured 2 tsps of vinegar into it and let it sit for 5 minutes. voila! buttermilk! :-) i also tried using crushed pineapples instead of bananas. it came out great! i'm planning to use ripe mangoes next as they are in season. thank you for this delicious, super moist, addictive recipe! the whole family keeps asking me to bake this!

Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2012
very simple and yet very delicious. i made a few tweaking... i used 2 cups of all-purpose cream, 1/2 cup of butter and instead of using just parm cheese, i used 3/4 cup parm plus 2 tbsp cream cheese. i used 1 clove of garlic as instructed and it was enough to keep my sauce garlicky. then mix mix mix with a whisk on my pan. when all are incorporated into a thick, creamy sauce i added the japanese parsley. yum yum yum!!! my friends loved it and asked for the recipe. thank you for sharing this! :-)

Chocolate Oat Squares

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2012
super delicious! very moist and chocolatey! the whole family loved it! i used a wider pan around. 10 1/2 x 15 1/2. this way the chocolate mixture and the oats mixture will spread a bit thinner making the sweetness much acceptable for those who complained about the richness of the recipe. i baked it for 20 minutes, let it cool in the pan. slicing it wasn't difficult at all. just make sure that it is cool enough.that's the trick! :-) happy baking and enjoy eating!
