This is a awesome recipe! Go thin on the teriyaki sauce (you really don't need much to get the zing out of it) but pile on the chicken!! My husband and I both loved the flavors and the texture. Four thumbs up!

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

My husband and I both loved this dish. I followed the recipe to the letter except for I added a little bit of fresh garlic along with the S&P. So flavorful but quick and easy too!

Beef and Wine Soup with Dumplings

This recipe is fabulous, the wine adds an especially rich flavor to it. My only beef (teehee) is that it seemed a little salty. Next time I might substitute some of the condensed beef broth with water.

Pear Honey Cranberry Sauce

My husband is a devoted cranberry sauce fan and boy did he LOVE this recipe. I've brought it to our large family Thanksgiving feast 2 years running now and everybody comments that it is the best they've ever had. Try it out (I make it exactly to recipe) you won't be disappointed. :)

Broccoli, Pepperoni and Three Cheese Calzones

This is an excellent recipe! I make this anytime my husband has a bunch of friends over... the guys love it. I've made the dough from scratch and also with pre-made (depending on how much time I have). It has turned out well both ways. My only change is more garlic (IMO you can never have too much LOL).

Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men

Yummy, yummy... soft, chewy, spicy & delicious. These are officially one of my favorite cookies. I accidentally spilled some water into the dough (don't ask!) while mixing and subsequently had to add a TON of flour when I rolled it out, but they still came out great. Next time I'm sure they will be perfect as long as I pay attention to what I'm doing.

Absolutely Fabulous Portobello Mushroom Tortellini

My husband and I both thought this was tasty although a little expensive to make (prepackaged tortellini & sauce plus portobellos). I wish I had scooped the dark brown "gills" out from underneath the mushroom caps though. They made the sauce look greyish which wasn't very appetizing.

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

These are very tasty cookies. The only reason why it didn't get five stars is the dough is truly horrendous to work with (yes, even after a full day of refridgeration).

Spiced Butternut Squash Muffins

These were tasty but didn't turn out exactly as I thought. They were nice and brown on the outside by gummy and dense on the inside which made them seem kinda uncooked in the middle. I'm not much of a baker but I *think* I followed the recipe to the letter. This recipe is worth a try if you have Butternut Squash hanging around that needs to be used up.
