Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2009
Thank you so much for this simple tasty recipe. the only thing i added was about 1 tsp cumin, and 1/2 can of rotels, which i drained and reserved 3Tlbs of juice to add.I think your garlic amount is perfect. I just ate mine and spooned some addition rotels on top. Love Em. thanks for great simple recipe.

Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2008
Sorry, but I was not impressed at all with this recipe. First off i thought it was too watery and I had to add more flour. I think this has too much chicken broth in it.Secondly i thought the basil was too overpowering would omit next time. I really hate leaving a bad review but this tasted like cream of basil soup to me. I even added more bacon than recipe called for and added celery too.

Stuffed Pepper Soup IV

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2008
Wonderful stuff! If I could give this 10 stars, i would. I made a few changes and it came out tasting exactly like stuffed peppers. I did not use sage,my opinion is sage does not belong in this dish. I did use 1 tsp oregano,1 tsp basil, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp accent. I also cooked the rice in the mixture and used 1/2 beef broth too. It did come out very thick but that is how we like it. Next time i will add a small can of tomato paste because i like more of a tomato flavor. I did not add taco seasoning like others did. Next time i will try this with cabbage. Thanks for the great recipe.

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

Reviewed: May 2, 2008
Great Recipe! I will be making this on a regular basis. A made a couple of changes. I chopped up 1 med onion and minced up 2 cloves of garlic to brown with the meat. Also added 1 tsp cumin,1 pkt ranch dressing mix and used all black beans. I don't think it needs to be cooked 8-10 hours or the beans will melt.I also omitted the water and used 1 can chicken broth. Thanks for great recipe.

Ruth's Roquefort Cheese Ball

Reviewed: May 2, 2008
This recipe is awesome! made last night and doubled the recipe. Only thing i did diffrent was add some galic salt.I also par melted the cheese in the micro so i could blend it easier. If you melt in micro, you will need to refrigerate and form it several times before it will hold its shape.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2007
I am giving this recipe only 4 stars becouse the garlic was very overpowering. We are huge garlic lovers but i would cut it back to 2 cloves. We also substituted the cheeses for a spicy cheddar. No need to precook the bacon. Also layed the bacon on top in a criss cross pattern insted of rolling it up. Great recipe and am looking forward to making it again this week.

Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2005
This pie was a mess! The tapioca never dissolved, it came out with little hard tapioca balls in it. If your suppose to use instant Tapioca it should say so.
