Quinoa with Ground Turkey

We really enjoyed this recipe. I had some left over quinoa blend with amaranth and millet so this was perfect. I didn't have any sage and used more like a cup of medium cheddar. I also decided to throw in some fresh spinach at the end until it wilted a bit and used 3 small red peppers instead of a big one. With these changes, it was very satisfying and healthy. I served it just as it was with some steamed asparagus. Thank you for the recipe! I will be making it again.

Cherry Cobbler I

I followed the recipe exactly and everything was perfect! My husband and I took our grandsons cherry picking yesterday and had 2 big buckets full. I don't know what we were thinking - just got carried away picking. I'm starting to try different recipes on this site and started with this. Perfect with vanilla ice cream on top while still warm. I will probably make this again.

Texas Glazed Pecans

This is just what I was looking for. I was buying store bought glazed pecans and decided I could do it cheaper myself. I used the chopped pecans so that I could use them in oatmeal, yogurt, ice cream, on salads, baking and of course just snacking. These are terrific and so easy! I did substitute brown sugar for half of the white.
