Grandma's Ground Beef Casserole
Comfort food at it's best! I made this last evening for dinner and it was GREAT!! I normally follow recipes to a T the first time I make them - and for this I did, except for the garlic salt (I used garlic powder) and I added some dried parsley to the meat sauce mixture. I also did find that I needed more of the cream cheese/sour cream mixture, as I didn't have enough for the one layer, so I used the entire 8oz package of cream cheese and the entire container of sour cream - (unless I read the recipe wrong?? I couldn't find a 3oz package of cream cheese?!? so got an 8oz package) - so I doubled the cream cheese/sour cream mixture. I will definitely make this again! My roommate loved it too! Thanks!

Taco Casserole
LOVED IT!! This is such an easy and quick dinner for weeknights! I usually try to follow the recipe to a T, especially when it's my first time making it, however I did stray a bit...I used ground turkey instead of ground beef and added a can of Goya black beans for extra protein. I also took the advice of one reviewer and put a cup of the crushed tortillas on the bottom w/some cheese and baked it for 5 minutes, added everything else in, and then about a 1/2 cup on top with a little more cheese. I will definitely make this again! Thanks Debi Van Name!!

Easy Peach Crisp II
I made this on a whim, because I had fresh white peaches from a local farm in my town. I only used 3 (because they were HUGE!) I didn't want to use canned peaches (that's just me!) I have to agree with some of the comments, that this is more of a cobbler than a "crisp" I added brown sugar to the top of it and also baked it a little longer than the 30-40 minutes. It turned out GREAT!! So many complitments on it! Can't wait to make it again next summer!!!
