Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2012
I made this exactly as the recipe is written. The filling is absolutely delicious and it came out great. I had to give this only four stars because of the crust. I wish it stated a homemade recipe for the crust. There must be one on this website, however I used a store bought one and it turned out to be a bit thin and hard and tasted a bit overdone.

Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2012
My family has always loved meatloaf, but they have never asked for it until I made this recipe. Based on other reviews I sauteed the onion. I also use 2lbs of meatloaf mix (1lb gr beef, 1lb gr pork) and add a meatloaf spice packet instead of salt and pepper. The recipe is wonderful as written but such a great base that you can customize it to savory or sweet to suit your taste. Thanks!

Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2012
This was delicious! My husband and I enjoyed this and will make it a staple in our household. I used pork steaks on the grill and made double the sauce on the stove. I used seeded jam which was fine since we don't mind the seeds and I did not have white wine vinegar so I used red. I served it with the green bean and cherry tomato side dish also on allrecipes. Yummy!

Fruity Curry Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2012
Wow! This is the best chicken salad I have ever had. I love that I already had most of the ingredients on hand and that it was super easy to make. I also used Craisins instead of the raisins to bump up the flavor and color of this amazing dish. I served it a couple of hours after I made it on 12 grain bread and it was delicious. Thank you!

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2011
This sauce was too sweet for my family's taste. My 7 year old who loves pizza wouldn't eat it. I thought it was good and I liked the consistency. I will try again next time without the honey.

Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2011
Thank you for this wonderful green bean dish for my family!! It is delicious and got rave reviews! I used dried basil (though fresh is best), and took other reviewers' advice and added shredded Parmesan cheese. Next time I will use a bit less butter since I had a lot left at the bottom of the bowl. Will definitely make again and again!

Blueberry Mini Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2009
I thought these muffins were good. My kids didn't like them but they are picky. I also cut this recipe by 1/3 and added 1/4 C applesauce since other reviewers said theirs were dry. I still got 28 mini muffins and they turned out great.

Southwestern Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2008
These were very tasty and easy to make. I also baked them as other reviewers suggested and they came out somewhat crispy. In my opinion deep fried would be best. I also ommited the spinach and served with a spicy southwestern ranch dip. Thanks I will definately make again.

This was beautiful and delicious as is. I followed the recipe exactly and it was a hit at our family Christmas party. The dill definately makes the spread. I will try to modify this to suit other occasions! Thanks!

Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake II

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2007
This cake was a huge hit with my Bunco group! I thought it was very easy to make and more importantly, moist and delicious. Don't be surprised (like I was)that the batter is a little doughy it comes out perfectly. I made a blueberry cream cheese frosting instead of the glaze...yum!!!

Baklava

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2005
Absolutely fantastic! I made this for my daughters school project and of all the international food, this was the first to go! My husband even said this is his new, all-time, favorite dessert! My only alteration was I used a whole pound of butter. I'll be making this again for Christmas!

Cola Pot Roast II

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2005
This was fabulous! I used a boneless potroast intead of a sirloin roast because it's cheaper. It usually comes out dry, but, with this recipe it turned out really tender and flavorful. Thanks! I will definately make again and again.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Reviewed: May 12, 2005
This is a delicious recipe! My husband and I both enjoyed it. He likes the au jus style sandwich and I like mozzerella and red sauce. I am not a fan of italian beef, but this was delicious! We didn't change a thing and will make this again.

This was really good and really easy to make. Next time I will add a little more seasoned salt. I used thin sliced chicken breasts so they only took about 6-7 minutes to cook. My whole family enjoyed it...Thanks!

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2005
These are fabulous! Always the first to go at any party. What's not to love about pork wrapped around pork! I usually have to cook these at about 375 degrees to get them to cook in 40 minutes.

Spicy Bean Salsa

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2004
My husband and I love this salsa! A great change of pace from that same old store bought salsa! I had some cilantro so I added it and I think next time I will cut back just a little on the dressing. Thanks! I can't wait to make this again!
