Whoopie Pies VII
I made these pies for the first time today. I read all of the reviews before so I was a little concerned about the filling. I followed the recipe to a "T" and my pies were excellent! The filling was so light and fluffy and not the least bit greasy. I was thrilled and my family loved them. I mixed the filling for the whole 20 mins (with a hand mixer) and it was perfection. Thank you for this recipe....I will definitely make again!

Crispy Fried Chicken
Wow!! I've used this recipe for the 3rd time and all I can say is it just keeps getting better and better!! I did brine my chicken for about an hour and then washed it before placing in plastic containers. I covered the chicken with buttermilk and about 5 dashes of hot sauce and then sealed tightly, shaking the containers to cover. I placed in the fridge and let it sit for about 2.5 hrs. I placed my flour in a paper grocery sack and really added the paprika and other seasonings (kinda heavy because the first two times I wanted more taste!). Shook very well for coating and placed on covered cookie sheets. After all the chicken was ready to for the pasty stage I sprinkled my remaining buttermilk/hot sauce mixture over it. I then followed the recipe as stated. The outcome was amazing!! Perfection.......juicy inside and crispy outside!!

Best Ever Cinnamon Buns
These were my very first scratch cinnamon rolls and my family LOVED them. I don't have a KitchenAid so I had to knead by hand (KitchenAid is def on my Christmas list)...other than tired hands, I had no problems. They were excellent! I made the full batch, so I had a lot of rolls. The only change I made was a cream cheese icing. Between my family and co-workers, they were gone in 2 days. I recommend to anyone.....they were awesome and I will be making these again.
