Pepper Steak Sandwiches

I used thinly sliced vension backstaps....unbelieveable...I also double the garlic...we love garlic and added about 1/3 cup of italian dressing once we added the meat while cooking. And threw some hand shredded mozzarella on the mix once it was in the bun...pretty good actually.

Old-Fashioned Macaroni, Tomato, and Cheese Bake

Keep it simple...layer the macaroni, add the shredded cheese drizzle with a mix of diced tomatoes and rotella, do the same with the second with a solid layer of cheddar and american. The only ingredients..cheese, mac and tomatoes(hit the tomatoes/rotella in the blender(stir). bake 35-45 minutes at 350...great!!!
