Baked Chicken Wings

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

This was soooo good! My hubby has never liked any sauce I've used on homemade pizza so I'd pretty much given up. He loved this....I will definitely make again!

Easy Mexican Casserole

This was o.k., but needs some tweaking. It was kind of dry and the sour cream baked into a weird texture. I may make it again and try adding some enchilada sauce to make it a little saucier, and may try substituting cottage cheese for the sour cream and then just serve it with sour cream since it doesn't bake well.

Tomato, Corn and Avocado Salsa

This is an excellent dip, or just served as a side salad. This is a recipe that I am requested to bring with me everywhere all summer long...it's always a big hit! Definitely worth all the prep work. I do usually either add a whole jalepeno or a can of chopped jalepenos for extra spiciness.

These might have been o.k. with a better cut of meat. The round was so tough that they were really hard to eat. May try again with a more tender cut of beef.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

So good and so addicting! Once I make this I can't stop eating until it's gone. I do spread mix the parmesan into the dip, spread it into a baking dish, top with panko bread crumbs and a little parmesan and then bake it until the crumbs are golden brown. Yum!

I love this pie! It's so easy and turns out perfect every time. It's pretty mild, and we like that it doesn't have cloves or allspice in it--those can be overpowering in a lot of pumpkin pie recipes.

Taco Seasoning I

This is so good! I always make up a big batch and keep it in my pantry. My husband likes plain hamburger on his tacos, so I like that I can just add as much of this as I want to my taco meat, and keep his plain.

Boston Baked Beans

Loved the flavor of these, but could not get the texture of the beans right. The first time I made them, I ended up with very tough beans so I tried them a second time with more boiling time and ended up with the texture of refried beans. This is probably my issue, but the flavor was great so I'm going to keep trying!
