Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

Oh my goodness, this was outstanding! For over 20 yrs I've been mashing my sweet potatoes with a marshmallow topping, so I wanted to change things up a bit and I'm so glad I did. My mother couldn't stop moaning as she was eating it. As soon as my husband took the first bite, he started moaning also then gave a thumbs up and told me how incredible it was. This recipe along with a few more that I tried this year made our Christmas Dinner the best yet. Thank YOU Very Much Heather!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Outstanding!!! This Pot Pie is better then any other I've ever had and is good enough to be served in a restaurant and actually, it is better then any I've tasted from restaurants. Every single person in my family loves it and even though I triple the recipe, they ask if I will make more then one because it's gone the same day I make it. Even friends ask for it when they visit. It doesn't taste anything like the frozen pot pies, it is soooo much better. It deserves alot more then 5 stars. Thank You so much to whoever created it and Thank You so much Robbie Rice for sharing it. If your the one who created this recipe, you did a fantastic job.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Awesome Recipe - It deserves 10 stars and should be in the top 20 recipes, if they didn't put it there already. My husband said he wants to shake the hand of whoever created it. He loved it and said this is the way he wants me to make tilapia from now on. I did everything exactly the way the recipe was written. I did make sure to use good parmesean from Alescis, an Italian Import Store close by, I think that makes all the difference in the taste. Thank YOU so much for sharing this recipe!!!

Chicken Milano

Oh my goodness, this is AWESOME!!! I'd give it more stars if I could & so would my husband and family. I don't think anyone who wouldn't like it unless they don't like white cream sauces. I went by the recipe 100%, didn't change a thing. The sun-dried tomatos were so good and sweet, it went perfect with the sauce and such a nice change. The only thing I'd do different next time is make more sauce, but I don't have to because it makes enough. I'd just want more because it's so good. Thank YOU so much for sharing this recipe with us. A+ all the way!!!

Brooklyn Girl's Penne Arrabiata

Very-Very good recipe, we loved it! I will definitely make this on a regular basis. It's a wonderful and different meal to use with chicken. I love that you add breaded chicken to it. Next time I'm going to use Panko Bread Crumbs just to find out which one we like better. Make sure to double the sauce because the meat soaked up alot of it. I usually double every sauce recipe I make and I should have done it with this one too, but I'll know better next time. I used Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs so I left out all the seasonings for it and it was very flavorful. That was the only thing I changed. Awesome recipe - Thank YOU for sharing it!

Baked Ziti I

Outstanding!!! This is definately a KEEPER. I cook alot & use many recipes on this site & this is the absolute BEST so far. If I could, I'd give this recipe 100 stars. Everyone in my family loved it and asked me to make it the next day. My daughter stopped after eating the first bite and couldn't stop telling me how good it was. They ate it all and was asking for more. I couldn't believe it because this recipes makes alot so make sure to use a large baking dish. I changed a few things after reading the reviews. I added 1/2 lb ground chuck & 1/2 lb Italian sausage. While frying, I added some chopped onion, 2 small cloves garlic-minced, salt & pepper. I used Meat Flavor Prego & added bay leaves & basil and let half the sauce simmer a little bit with the fried meat and simmered 1 jar alone to mix with the ziti before layering. I baked it 15 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered and it was not dry at all. IMPORTANT - Make sure to only cook the ziti al dente because it softens even more while baking and you don't want your ziti too soft and mushy. Another thing, I used sour cream and it made it soooo creamy. I don't think there's a person on this planet who won't love this meal. Enjoy!!!

Herb Roasted Pork

This recipe is AWESOME! My family couldn't get enough of it and couldn't say enough about it. The glaze is a must. I did what some of the other reviews suggested and I doubled the glaze mixture and I quadrupled the rub in order to create a nice thick crust. The roast was extremely tender and juicy. I put it in for 3 hours and when it was almost done, I checked the temperature with a meat thermometer and the temp was much higher then the recipe called for. At first I was worried, but my worries were over when we ate it because it was perfect. This recipe is a keeper!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Awesome RECIPE!!! I'd give this recipe 10 stars if I could. When my husband started eating it, he told me it was outstanding, the best I ever made and ate almost every piece. I was so worried there wasn't going to be enough for me and the kids. This recipe will be in my personal cookbook forever. Thank YOU for sharing it.
