Seasoned Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2003
Excellent recipe...my 11 year old son...very picky eater...really enjoyed this. I used Lipton Onion Roasted Garlic dried soup mix...didn't need to add any other garlic. Took the advice of another reviewer...cooked this very low on the BBQ to make sure it cooked all the way through without burning the outside...great idea. This is a keeper. Thanks Kym22

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

Excellent...will make this again...kid friendly. If you can't find seasoned bread crumbs (which my grocery store was out of), use seasoned stuffing packages...just mash the bread crumbs...works great. Debated about frying the chicken...glad I did...gave it an extra kick.

This is a wonderful recipe. We had this for dinner tonight because it was too hot to use the oven...absolutely wonderful. We keep munching on the leftovers! Did not change anything in this recipe.

Orange Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2004
Wonderful cake...just had this for dessert...loved by all...glaze is thin so I put the cake on top of foil...used fork to punch holes and then slowly poured it on...I then immediately removed the cake and placed it on my serving platter. I served it while the glaze was still warm...absolutely wonderful.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2004
Excellent recipe...instead of using ketchup I used BBQ sauce...strained out the onions and made wonderful gravy to serve over the pork roast. I didn't increase the marinade...instead I turned the roast over every few hours...this made the roast very juicy.

Set pan over med. heat and simmer until raspberries break down and sauce thinckens...about 3 to 5 minutes...serve over crepes...top with whipped cream...wonderful!!!
