I'll give 2 instead of 1 star after making this only because others liked it. I'll never make THIS recipe again. I don't like my dip chunky and having to spoon out and spooning out with difficulty. If the cream cheese isn't kept hot it will re-solidify. That and having to spoon off the oil that rose to the top from the melted cream cheese was ridiculous. I kind of knew before hand when it called for serving it in a crock pot! How many dips do you have to serve in a crock pot and do you really want your guests sticking their hands into your crock pot, breaking crackers and getting dip on their sleeves?
The taste was okay if you like cream cheese. But this highlights a problem with Allrecipes - 2700 reviews on this recipe and very few other buffalo chicken dips recipes. I came across another this morning using sour cream in place of half the cream cheese. I'll make this again with better ingredients.
