Delicious Gluten-Free Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2007
I used strawberry applesauce in place of the oil, and soy milk in place of the water/buttermilk powder. This was amazing!

Chocolate Banana Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2005
WHOA this was AWESOME! I was a little confused on the layering and accidentally left out a layer of bananas, but definitely one of the best pies I've ever had. Used a pre-made pie crust to cut down on time. Next time I will probably use pre-made whipped cream to save time.

Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2005
This was just okay. I wanted to try this recipe because I'm on a quest to find a rice casserole without a soup, as I'm allergic to flour. I halved the recipe but kept all of the sour cream because I wanted it to be creamy, but it was really dry and flavorless. I ate it, but would not make again without serious modifications.

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2005
I added 1 cup of onions, 2 cups broccoli, 1 can cheese soup, doubled the Cheddar cheese (using half in the recipe and half on top)and didn't use the bread at all. I had to leave it in the over for about 10 minutes longer, then turn on the broiler to brown the cheese a little. This is the best casserole I've ever had, with those modifications!

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2004
I was disappointed after reading all of the reviews. It was just okay. Not really that creamy - seemed almost identacal to plain corn bread, just with corn added. It didn't taste bad, but I was just expecting more.

Party Pinwheels

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2004
Oops, I forgot to chill these, but tooth-picked them instead, so they stayed together. It would also be easy to add lunchmeat like turkey (same shape as the tortilla). The ranch seasoning was awesome!!

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2003
I actually didn't even get to taste it because it was gone before I knew it! Judging from that, I'd say it was pretty good. I used cheddar on top.

Classic Spanish Sangria

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2003
Awesome! I made a triple-batch and took it to the lake in a huge rubber-maid sealed container. I only used strawberries and oranges - the fruits I knew most people liked. I also used a big bottle of Macaroni Grill Chianti wine - it's less than $6 but tasted great!
