Baked French Fries I
I didn't have any onion powder on hand, but by doubling the garlic powder they still turned out well. The other comments are right though. I did 450 degrees for the first 20 minutes and then dropped it down to 375 degrees after turning them and left them in for another 10 to 15 minutes. I ate them with some ketchup and enjoyed them a lot.

Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling
This was wonderful! I left out the lemon juice because I'm not a big fan of the citrus bite, but it was great. I recommend a little less onion and a little more dill and celery but either way this was a great recipe. I had it on a marble rye pumpernickel bread and that was a fantastic combination.

Ultimate Spicy Spud Soup
My family loved this. My only advice is less Cayenne. I added 2tsps and it was still a bit much. We like heat and spice in our foods, but I'd definitely go down to 1 or 1 and a half teaspoons. Otherwise a great recipe! I also added carrots and celery, which was a lovely addition. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in a new, delicious meal.
