Easy Chicken Enchiladas
Delicious. I changed it a bit, so 4*. I used 4 oz cream cheese and almost a cup of mild salsa. I left the beans out of some of the mixture and put sauteed baby bellas & brown rice in instead. I put the enchilada sauce in the bottom of the pan, as suggested, and poured the rest over the top, along with some of the rice and salsa. I put a small amount of cheese inside the wraps too. Baked for 20 minutes covered, then added the cheese to the top and baked 10-15 minutes more uncovered. My husband really liked it and he frequently has to "spice up" what I cook for his liking.

Apple Squares
I used half the sugar and doubled the apples (granny smith) as others have suggested. Very good texture and taste I had to taste test when they came out of the oven to make sure they were ok:)!)-- I looked at the recipe about 4 times to make sure I was not omitting liquid because of how thick the batter is. I baked them in an 8" square pan and also omitted the topping as we are planning to eat them with ice cream on top!!

Honey Of An Oatmeal Bread
This is THE BEST bread! I always just use regular all purpose unbleached flour, a heaping measure of oatmeal and 1.5 tsp of yeast. It has not yet failed me. We love this stuff fresh out of the bread maker!!
