Kentucky Biscuits

I used milk and vinegar to make a substitute for buttermilk because I didnt have any on hand. I also used bread flour instead of all-purpose flour. When mixing the butter into the flour, I cut it into small squares (approximately 1/2 tbls. in size). It made preparing the dough quick and simple. This recipe was SO easy and the biscuits turned out moist, fluffy, and delicious! I also added a scoop of butter on top of the biscuits fresh out of the oven. Definitely will make these again!
