This was the best and so simple to make. I placed the ribs in a crock pot with beef STOCK, onion, garlic and diced carrots and cooked them on low all night. In the morning the meat almost fell apart. I added 3 to 4 ladles of the stock, Jack Daniels Original BBQ sauce as well as Sweet Baby Ray's Original and his new Hickory & Brown Sugar BBQ sauces. Refrigerated all day to blend flavors and reheated for about 45 min. before serving. Served on Kaiser rolls with a side of cole slaw and dill pickles. This is a keeper..... YUM!
