Easy Shepherd's Pie with Garlic Romano Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2010
This is delicious! My husband asks for this dish all the time and I know it off by heart. I have changed nothing, it is good as written. The garlic mashed potatoes really make the dish. Thanks for a great keeper.

Tacos in Pasta Shells

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2010
This was quite tasty. The only thing I will change next time is to add a little more taco sauce, I thought it was a bit dry.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2010
My goodness, this is so good! The recipe is easy and the bread is very moist. It is very good right out the oven with some butter, but is best the next day after all the spices mingle together. MMMM!

Orange Drop Cookies II

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2010
This cookie was wonderful. The taste is very refreshing and a nice change from all the chocolate and peanut butter cookies made at Christmas time.

Artichoke Dip I

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2006
I fixed this for an appetizer for a special dinner I made for my husband. He loved it!!!! He loved it so much that I only got two crackers worth. I only made half a recipe, but I think next I better make the whole thing if I want any. Thanks for a great recipe!

Corn and Zucchini Melody

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2006
This is a quick, simple side dish that my whole family loved. A really good way to use up leftover corn and all the zucchini that comes with late summer. The bacon gives a wonderful subtle taste.

Chicken Stuffed Shells

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2006
my husband gave this five stars before I even asked him what he thought of dinner. I filled one soup can with milk and the other with water as I did not have broth. I added a chicken b cube and some onion powder. This was a time consuming meal, but a very tasty one.

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2006
A semi-easy recipe with a wonderful taste, I wouldn't change a thing. After two bites my husband exclaimed that this one was a 5 star recipe and that is what it got. Thanks for a great recipe!

Scalloped Cabbage

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2006
This is a great recipe that compliments a glazed corn beef dinner very well. I make it every year for St. Patrick's Day! It is easy to prepare and has a good taste that does not overpower the rest of the meal.

Kentucky Banana Pudding

Reviewed: May 26, 2006
I made this to enjoy while watching The Kentucky Derby this year and it was very good. The pudding is rich and sweet, the cookie layer underneath helps to balance the whole thing. I will make again next year but, I know I will get asked to make it before the next derby.

Mint Tea Punch

Reviewed: May 26, 2006
Very refreshing and wonderful taste. The mint and citrus flavors compliment each other very well. My husband drank about half of the tea and wanted to know when I would be making it again.

Salisbury Steak Supreme

Reviewed: May 26, 2006
I doubled the recipe as I had more than four guests for dinner. Everything turned out very well and the taste is very good, nothing overpowers anything else in this recipe. This will be made again by our family!

These were very good pancakes and everyone around the breakfast table said that this recipe is a keeper! Warm off the griddle with butter and maple syrup, just yummy is all I can say.

Taco Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2005
This was a hit at my party. Only one piece was left at the end of the night. I only had a 9x13 glass dish and 8 oz of sour cream. It still came out beautifully and almost everyone made good comments to me about it. Thanks for the recipe Stephanie!

Rich Caramel Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2005
This is a very rich cake, a small piece will suffice. The flavor was good and I had no complaints from anyone at my party. I did not give it five stars, because it was a little sweet. I will be making it again.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2005
This was not a big hit with my family. We were expecting the dip to taste like Buffalo Wings, but all we could taste was the hot sauce and cheese. We will stick to the real things next time. Thanks, anyway.

Smothered Meatballs

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2005
I have made this dish twice now and it is very good. I modified it a bit to cut down in preparation time. I use frozen meatballs that have been thawed and I can have this meal on the table in forty-five minutes. A real time saver when I have to work all day and need something quick.

Egg and Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2004
This was very good and was a hit with my family. I had to leave the casserole in a bit longer because the eggs were not done in the middle. Quick and easy! Thanks for the great recipe.

Fast Creamy Tomato Penne

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2003
This is a great recipe. It's fast and easy, the most time consuming part is chopping the green peppers. I have tried it with ground turkey, but my family prefers it with the pork. The pork gives it much more flavor, the turkey was on the bland side. This one's a keeper. Thanks!
