I'm retired now and also have a brand new kitchen!Worked for my Dad,he had an Italian American diner for 17 years. I have the opportunity to experiment in my beautiful new domain. Was never a great baker,but having fun trying new recipes. Will let you know,when I screw up or will share my masterpieces! Unfortunately,Family traditions aren't as strong as they used to be,but still love to cook for my Children and Grand children,when they come home. I owe respect and love to my Aunt Yolanda for all that she has shared with me.My Grandmother,my 2 Aunts and my Dad were and are excellent cooks!I really can't hold a candle to them. Feel I left a good cooking reputation with our customers,through the years.Still miss the family,working together.Good times,bad times,great memories! Turned a Prime Rib into a pot roast,honest!
