Fabulous Wet Burritos
I have to say that I took both recipe's here on all recipes, and added and omitted to combine both, Then just a little of my own flare, ;) for the sauce, I did leave the tomato soup out, put the chili no beans in, canned tomatoes with garlic and onion diced, enchilada sauce, and the brown gravy, I doubled it so I had alot of sauce, for the meat, 2 pds, I did top sirloin so as not to be fatty, took 4 large garlic cloves cut them up, a white sweet onion about a 1/2 cup simmered until just brown, I added taco seasoning two packets, then let sit while I made the sauce to simmer. When I wrapped the burritos, I did add the cheese, sour cream, fresh tomatoes , beans, chiles if desired for those who wanted them. and meat. I then rolled and put more cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, black olives and lots of sauce on top, tucking them all up close and neat next to each other... covered with foil and cooked at 350 for 45 minutes..... I have to say Yum Yum...... I know I altered it but I am from California,,,,, oh yes I did put in the cumin!!!!! My husband loves spicy my kids don't, so he had a little scotch bonnet over the top. AND don't forget the fresh Cilantro!!!! Kudo's for SYNDEY6 ,, sorry if this is confusing to understand late night!
